Hormones are compounds that are biologically active over our whole body, causing a wide range in possible symptoms. We understand how differently the symptoms of the perimenopause and menopause can impact women.
We take the time to understand the impacts on the individual, and what the women’s goals for treatment are. We use this information to tailor the treatment options to each individual’s personalised needs.

Treatment options include hormonal options (treatment with combinations of Oestrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone) -”Menopausal Hormone Treatment” (MHT) or “Hormonal Replacement Therapy” (HRT), non-hormonal treatments, optimisation of chronic diseases, and lifestyle advice and interventions.
